Breakthrough for workers at SJM car part factory in Korea

On July 27 hundreds of armour clad thugs raided the site of a  protest against a management imposed lockout at the SJM factory in Ansan, South Korea. SJM is a major supplier of automotive parts for Hyundai motors. This was a clear attempt to stop workers organising into a trade union. The workers did not give up. Since the July lockout workers have held daily protests, with a protest camp outside the factory. On news just to hand, it would seem that SJM has allowed workers back into the factory.
