GDA – Stop repression against unionists

The power of workers in our workplaces comes from our ability to organise independently, to discuss issues, and take action to achieve better conditions and wages. All around the world, companies try to harass, divide and suppressany genuine workers’ organisations. Governments, for their part, provide the legal framework and police powers to stop workers organising. That is why many of us are raped, beaten, arrestedor murdered. Join together with fellow sisters and brothers on the Global Day of Action, 16 November, to call for an end to repression against unionist. See here for details of the Melbourne event.
