On the 5th October 2011 an important event is taking place in Geneva. The United Nation’s Human Rights Committee holds its Universal Periodic Review where for the first time Thailand’s human rights record will be reviewed. This is an important meeting for the Lese Majeste campaign. The International Federation for Human Rights and the Thai Union for Civil Liberty will be lobbying this meeting to review the law.
