The Jewish National Fund is a quasi- government organisation that buys up land in Israel from Palestinians and refuses to sell or lease it to non-Jews.
We demand: End the occupation of Palestine. Equal rights for Palestinians living in Israel. Let the Palestinian refugees return.

The Palestinian Boycott, Divestment, Sanction National Committee issued a call for international action towards a mandatory comprehensive military embargo against Israel. Australia has a range of contracts with the Israeli government and Israeli Defence companies. No Australian support for Israel!

Abortion was decriminalised in Victoria in 2008. On October 8 anti-abortionists will hold a "march for the babies" – a reactionary attempt to dictate to women what they can and can not do with their bodies. The Campaign for Women’s Reproductive Rights have initiated a rally at which pro-choicers will deliver the message "We won’t go back! Full reproductive rights for all women now!"
